Experience
Fauzi is a highly experienced patent specialist, having handled over 500 patent examinations since beginning his career in 2018. He has strong expertise in patent claim analysis. Additionally, Fauzi has completed training with the Indonesian Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI) on patent appeal processes and patent drafting.
Cases
Fauzi has managed several important cases across various sectors, such as assisting a Japanese heavy equipment company in the appeal process of a rejected patent application, revising claims for an American electronics company, and mediating cases for an Indonesian mining company. Fauzi also played a role in helping a national mining client secure a patent quickly by effectively communicating with the examiners.

Education & Achievement
Fauzi earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitas Andalas in 2016. He participated in DJKI training on patent appeals and patent appeal hearing procedures, as well as patent drafting training in 2019. Fauzi was also active in a robotics organization in 2014.
