Cases
- Assisted a Japanese multinational company in the photography industry to submit arguments and got them accepted after initially being rejected for lacking distinctiveness.
- Handled opposition against trademarks from a Japanese textile company and applications for a golf brand from Australia.
Education & Achievement
Rachmadiniastuty earned her Bachelor of Law degree from the Faculty of Law at Pancasila University in 2021. She focused on a comparative study of sexual harassment laws affecting disabled individuals in Indonesia and Singapore for her thesis. During her studies, she was involved in the law debate organization and taught debate techniques to exchange student participants.
She was a notary assistant and interned at a religious court, as well as participated in various training sessions and seminars, including training to handle corruption in procurement of goods and services as well as the DJKI’s annual seminar on trademarks and industrial designs.
