Tanya has handled various cases for major clients in the electronics and tobacco sectors. Some of the notable cases handled include:
- Assisted a China-based company to examine their patent claims.
- Assisted a Japanese technology company to accelerate the filing of amendment applications for their patent claims through the Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH).
- Assisted a Japanese global company in the camera sector by resolving their dormant patent application to obtain a verdict and to be processed further.
- Assisted an American multinational tobacco company in the appeal process that resulted in claim approval.
- Assisted an American electronics company with a patent application.
Education & Achievement
Tanya earned her Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Andalas University in 2014. She has attended training in patent drafting and general training on patents conducted by DJKI. Tanya published her article entitled “Utilization of Sugarcane Bagasse Waste as Corrosion Inhibitor for St.37 Steel in Hydrochloric Acid Medium” in the campus journal.
