Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights of Indonesia (DGIP) in collaboration with World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) held Training on Nice and Vienna Classification Systems in Indonesia on August 29, 2014. This Training were attended by 25 participants from DGIP Office. This training was opened by Mr. Parlagutan Lubis (Director for Cooperation and Promotion of DGIP), Jean-Paul Hoebreck (IP Expert) and Won Seok Huh (Korean Intellectual Property Office/KIPO). This training held for 5 days.

 

This training is very important, because Indonesia as ASEAN Member Country, has approved the Madrid Protocol. Mr. Parlagutan Lubis said, “I hope all participants obtained a deep understanding about the important of Nice and Vienna Classification Systems”.
